I have been using Billing Dynamix for a few years now. We used the system back in 2017-2020 and left due to new management within our company. After only a few months that decision was a major regret and we are now back with them! They have come so far in their advances from how we started with them to now. Charting and working throughout the system is easier than ever and we couldn't be more pleased. Trainings for our entire team were done in a timely manner and Henry was just the best and most patient associate we have worked with. Highly recommend.
Training, support, ease of EMR was excellent. Program options and access to patient portal is a wonderful feature that we are excited to offer our patients in our practice. Great business investment!
If I could give more than 5 starts, I would! Jason is an unbelievable trainer and has been super helpful for our practice. Cristyn is also a guru with helping solve any AR questions. The entire team is super responsive and communicative with timely issues. I don't know where we would be at as a practice without this team. Chetan has been very helpful and I am learning about the software. Eventually I will be competantant with the software. Vericle is easy to use and very user friendly.
This system is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. The layout makes it easy to find the tabs you are looking for. They take the time to train you to make sure you understand the system and meet you where you are at. I am a hands on learner and Henry was able to take that feedback and make the rest of my training hands on. Looking forward to continue using the system.

The system is very self-explanatory. The training/trainer makes sure that they elaborate on each tab which is very helpful. They are very open to any questions & they are very knowledgeable about the program & I love the elaboration they provide.

This system has a very good flow, it covers all aspects of running a office and billing successfully. I would highly recommend to new practitioners or any office wanting to expand.
Billing Dynamix is a great medical billing software! They are very responsive to all potential problems and provide great and super fast feed back. When I first started using this program, there were a few things I found inconvenient (it was only because I wasn't aware of how to properly navigate the system). I left a review in within maybe an hour or two, Billing Dynamix was calling me trying to reach out and help. They immediately helped me learn and navigate the part of the system I was having problems with. The training session lasted about 45 mins and I knew (as far as I can tell) all the ins and outs of that part of the system.
When you get this billing software, you'll come to find out that there are many ways to navigate the system. There is no one set way, and that is something I love. If you need information on a patient there is always numerous way to find said information.
When you do a training session they call your phone or do a "Hangouts" call so they can see your screen and give you on the spot feedback. Before the end of the call they always look for ways they can improve their costumer service and their system. Lastly, your next session is scheduled so you always have your next training to look forward to.
